RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR RESERVATION

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTT

A deposit of 50% of the total rental including taxes must be paid, at the time of booking, by credit card. The reservation will be confirmed when the deposit is cashed. 

An automatic debit of the final balance will be made on your credit card 2 to 3 days before your arrival. Failure to comply with the prescribed deadlines for the payments due could lead to the cancellation of the reservation.

Prices listed on the Nymark Management website are in Canadian dollars and all transactions will be conducted in Canadian currency only.

We cannot be held responsible for price discrepancies due to typographical errors. We reserve the right to impose any taxes or charges that may be implemented by the government or other regulatory body, which were unknown at the time of printing this price list.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The arrival time is fixed at 4 p.m. and the departure must be done before 11 a.m.

The occupation of the property is strictly limited to the number of people indicated on the booking confirmation. Domaine Nymark reserves the right to refuse entry to additional persons or to charge additional fees.

A code giving you access to the main door of your unit will be provided to you, after full payment, by email, 2 to 3 days prior to your arrival. You are asked to keep this code confidential and to disclose it only to the occupants of the condo. Depending on the unit chosen, you will have access to two or three parking spaces.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Following a government decision restricting travel, your entire payment will be refunded or credited, depending on your choice, at all times.

Our policy:

  • The initial deposit will be refunded for a cancellation received up to 21 days prior to the arrival date.

  • For a cancellation received within 20 days to 48 hours prior to the arrival date, you will have the possibility of transforming your entire deposit into a credit note for a future stay or, otherwise, to be reimbursed less an equivalent administrative fee 10% of your deposit.

  • A cancellation received within 48 hours will automatically transform your deposit into a credit note for a future stay.

  • No-show, without notice, implies the loss of the total amount of the rental.

DAMAGE

Domaine Nymark makes it a point of honor to offer impeccable condos that are inspected before each use. By this contract, you understand to be responsible for any breakage, damage caused, lack of inventory and agree to pay for the replacement or repair. In the event the unit is left in an unacceptable condition, a maintenance fee will be charged additionally.

Please note that we offer a smoke-free environment and therefore smoking is strictly prohibited inside our units. We have provided an ashtray on the balcony or terrace of your unit for this purpose. Any breakage, burning or damage caused by smoking inside and outside the condos will be subject to a fine.

DIFFICULTIES

In case of difficulties, we ask that you notify the person in charge of the management office immediately so that the situation can be corrected.

The responsible person will do everything possible to remedy the problem within a reasonable time or, if necessary and possible, proceed with the transfer of the unit. In the event of such a situation, we thank you for your patience. 

CLEANING 

Final cleaning by our team is included in the rental price.


However, we ask that the property be kept in good condition.

When checking out, be sure to follow these guidelines:

  • Do not leave soiled dishes in the sink. Start the dishwasher
    (without waiting to empty it)

  • take out trash, compost and recycling (outdoor container provided in the parking lot).

Tipping for housekeeping staff is not included.

For an additional charge, you can request an additional cleaning service; note that a maintenance service will be offered for a stay of more than one week.

PETS

No pets are allowed. Some exceptions are tolerated. It is imperative to contact us beforehand to find out about our policies and fees.

ACCEPTANCES AND CONDITIONS

By making your reservation, you confirm that you have read and accepted this rental agreement. You agree to comply with the conditions mentioned. In addition, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed of all Nymark Management regulations in relation to your booking.
